Mariol Packaging
Rioquímica also has in its group a company specialized in packaging. Mariol manufactures HDPE, LDPE, PP and PET plastic packaging with the most modern equipment in the market. More than 1 million packages are produced daily, with a center of excellence operating to maintain the highest quality standard.

Environment
Environmental responsibility is also a company commitment. Waste management and disposal methods follow ANVISA RDC 306/2004 and CONAMA Resolution 358/2005. Employees are also trained to dispose of reagents, products, appliances and miscellaneous waste in order to reduce possible harmful health effects.

Social Responsibility
An important initiative of Rioquímica in the area of social responsibility is the Associação Jaó (Jaó Association), an early childhood education institution that integrates family, community, government. Its base is education, but believes that the good is a good partner, so it advises other social entities. In 2020, the main goal is the establishment of a childcare for up to 150 children, with free attendance.
